This training consists of a guide that will walk you through the needed steps to take to get your body to do that which it really wants to do. The manual has 15 sections and covers such things as:

  • The LAWS of the vertical jump improvement
  • The 9 variables of an explosive vertical jump
  • Explanation of the Max Explosion Workout.

The pros of this course are that it really does do what it says and proves that by allowing you to actually watch people doing it, so you can see how it is done and not just read about it.
